When we visited our Fire Cloak Electric Vehicle Fire Blanket technical fabric manufacturer in Yorkshire recently, we carried out a burner test on the fabric used to make the Fire Cloak.
After preparing a sample of the fabric, it was exposed to a propane burner test. After several minutes of heating the fabric, an infrared thermometer recorded a peak temperature of 745℃.
The fabric was in no way compromised by the test and the temperature was signifcantly reduced on the outer surface. Take a look for yourself!
